Providers

The PRM module sends messages to recipients using Providers like sendgrid (for email), twilio (for international sms), and globelabs (for philippine sms) which the user will need to configure and input their credentials for those providers.

If the user do not wish to use any of the providers above, they can opt-in to use the system provider. As a caveat, the user will need to buy credits in order to use it.

Buying SMS/Email credits

In order to use the system provider, users will need to buy credits in order to send any email / sms messages. This are presented by the facility's Subscription.emailCreditsMax and Subscription.smsCreditsMax which will have a starting value of 0 (unless some credits as included in the availed package). This can be extended if the package allows it by updating the Subscription by following Upgrading subscription items/modules
